Please read the following Terms and Conditions before using the AmoVino web store.

By entering this store, users agree that you are at least the age of majority in your province and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined. All prices in this web store are quoted in Canadian dollars. The AmoVino web store accepts all major credit cards.

Shipping is only available for delivery in British Columbia, by mail or private courier. Pickup is available Monday – Friday from the AmoVino office during regular office hours. Users are responsible for providing 2 pieces of valid Government identification to verify legal drinking age upon delivery or pickup, or they will not be served. The identification must match the name of the purchaser entered in the AmoVino web store. AmoVino will only hold product for pickup for 2 weeks after which the order will be cancelled, and the user’s card refunded.
 
All orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Delivery days are not guaranteed.
 
After any order has been submitted, full payment is required, and it is considered final. AmoVino will not accept any returns unless the bottles are in the same condition they were shipped in, with no damage to the seal or label, and with the original sales receipt. AmoVino will not accept any returns of vintage bottles over 10 years old. Returns will only be accepted in person at the AmoVino office during regular office hours.
 
In case of a product shortage, the user will be notified. AmoVino will confirm with the user if they will cancel or proceed with the partial order before resubmitting the order.
