Summerhill Pyramid Winery doesn't use any synthetics in their vineyards, and they encourage nature to fill ecological niches and maintain balance. Their home vineyards is 17 acres and the only Demeter certified biodynamic vineyard in BC.
Organic winemaking practices are an integral part of Summerhill since 1986. Organic practices have meaningful benefits for the environment, and allow the grapes to honestly express their surroundings.
