Do I need to be legal drinking age?
Customers are responsible for providing 2 pieces of valid Government identification to verify legal drinking age upon delivery or pickup, or they will not be served. The identification must match the name of the purchaser entered in the AmoVino web store.

What is our return policy?
AmoVino will not accept any returns unless the bottles are in the same condition they were shipped in, with no damage to the seal or label, and with the original sales receipt. AmoVino will not accept any returns of vintage bottles over 10 years old. Returns will only be accepted in person at the AmoVino office during regular office hours.

When will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Holiday shipping times may vary. Delivery days are not guaranteed.

Where do you deliver?
Shipping is only available for delivery in British Columbia, by mail or private courier. An added delivery charge will be calculated on best price for the weight and location of your order.

Can I pick up my order?
Pickup is available Monday – Friday from the AmoVino office during regular office hours. AmoVino will only hold product for pickup for 2 weeks after which the order will be cancelled, and the user’s card refunded.

What currency are our prices in?
All prices in this web store are quoted in Canadian dollars.

What types of payment are accepted?
The AmoVino web store accepts all major credit cards.

What if you sell out?
In case of a product shortage, the user will be notified. AmoVino will confirm with the user if they will cancel or proceed with the partial order before resubmitting the order.
