Organic Zweigelt from Eidse Brothers' Vineyard and Summerhill Vineyard was destemmed, pressed, and cold soaked overnight. Organic Cabernet Franc from Sehkon Vineyard and Esther Vineyard was saignéed. The wine fermented in stainless steel.
